Born in Rangkasbitung, October 23, 1957, holds a Bachelor of Management in the Jakarta College of Management, and Sea Transport & Port Management from the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pelayaran Jakarta.

Pernah menjabat sebagai :

• 2018 – Present Independent Commissioner at PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk.
• 2017 Acting Director General of Sea Transportation.
• 2016 – 2017 Director of Traffic and Sea Transportation at the Ministry of Transportation.
• 2016 Head of Tanjung Perak Main Syahbandar Office.
• 2015 – 2016 Head of Tanjung Priok Port Authority.
