KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The business entity PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo), PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) will distribute interim dividends for the 2023 financial year of IDR 20.05 billion in January 2024.

Main Director of Jasa Armada Indonesia Shanti Puruhita said that the interim dividend distribution was based on financial reports as of June 30 2023.

In that period, IPCM posted a net profit of IDR 83.93 billion. This achievement increased 29.71% on an annual basis from IDR 64.70 billion as of June 2023.

“This interim dividend is equivalent to IDR 3.80 per share which will be paid on January 26 2024,” he said in an official statement, Wednesday (27/12).

Shanti said that the distribution of interim dividends is a form of IPCM’s commitment to shareholders which is routinely distributed at the end of each year.

Apart from that, IPCM also continues to actively carry out long-term collaboration with several companies such as PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk (CMNT), PT Nusantara Regas to PT Langlang Laju Layang.

Apart from that, IPCM has also entered into a cooperation agreement regarding pilotage and towing services with Pelindo Jasa Maritime Sub Holding for the entire Regional 2 area of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia.
