KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) plans to distribute an interim dividend of IDR 20.05 billion or the equivalent of IDR 3.80 per share on January 26 2024.

IPCM President Director, Shanti Puruhiya, said that the interim dividend came from the net profit recorded by the company until June 2023 of IDR 83.93 billion.

Apart from that, he said that IPCM consistently distributed interim dividends to its shareholders, as had been done in previous years.

“This is a form of IPCM’s commitment to shareholders who always support IPCM’s achievements,” he said in a press statement, Monday (1/1).

Furthermore, if you calculate the number of shares outstanding as 5.27 billion shares excluding treasury shares, the dividend per share that shareholders will receive is IDR 3.80 per share.

The IPCM cum dividend in the regular and negotiated markets falls on Friday, January 5 2024. Meanwhile the recording date falls on Monday, January 8, and payment will be made on Friday, January 26 2024.

Shinta said that the commercialization of the IPCM business throughout 2023 can also be seen from various IPCM cooperation signings with partners, namely, PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk., PT Nusantara Regas, PT Jawa Satu Power, PT Cirebon Electric Power, PT Cirebon Energi Prasarana, PT Langlang Laju Layang and PT Pelabuhan Bukit Prima.
