Subang, August 20, 2025. PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM) has once again carried out its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) for the 2024 Assessment Year in the delegated Area V region. This initiative covers the Special Terminal (Tersus) of PT Jawa Satu Power and Patimban Port in Subang Regency, West Java, and continues to the Private Jetty (TUKS) of PT Cirebon Electric Power and the Special Terminal of PT Cirebon Energi Prasana in Cirebon.
The event was officially opened by IPCM’s Vice President of Commercial, Roy Prabandaru Mahapria, accompanied by Area V General Manager, Dadan Ramdan Agustina. Also in attendance were representatives from DPC INSA Cirebon, KSOP Class II Patimban, and shipping agents operating in the region.
This survey, which has been conducted annually since 2022, aims to enhance the quality of pilotage and towage services by gathering direct feedback from service users. The CSS reflects IPCM’s commitment to maintaining service excellence through continuous improvement.
This year’s survey was conducted offline through direct interviews with respondents from ship captains and shipping agents to ensure objectivity and transparency in data collection. The results revealed a customer satisfaction score of 4.68 from 14 shipping agent respondents and 4.43 from 13 ship captain respondents, based on a 5-point Likert Scale, placing both in the “Very Satisfied” category.
