Bogor, July 25, 2025 — PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), a member of the Pelindo Group, held the JAInovasi Workshop 2025, a three-day event at the Indonesian Maritime and Logistics Training Center (PMLI) in Ciawi, Bogor. This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to stimulate internal innovation and strengthen employee capacity in developing adaptive and sustainable business solutions.
JAInovasi is a flagship innovation program designed to encourage the emergence of solution-oriented ideas and to cultivate a strong culture of innovation within IPCM. Through a workshop-based approach, the program serves as a collaborative platform for employees across divisions to contribute to solving business challenges, support strategic goals, and enhance cross-functional communication.
The workshop was attended by 33 employees from various IPCM divisions, all actively participating in a series of sessions throughout the event. Over the course of three days, participants received intensive training through thematic sessions such as Business Acumen, Design Thinking, and Project Management—each tailored to sharpen business insight, foster innovative thinking, and enhance the ability to design practical solutions.
“Through JAInovasi, the company hopes every employee will have the courage to think differently and become a catalyst for change through cross-divisional collaboration within IPCM,” said Supomo Puguh, VP of Human Resources and General Affairs at IPCM.
This initiative reaffirms IPCM’s commitment to developing human capital and ensuring that internal innovations are realized and deliver tangible value to the company’s operations. The program is expected to be implemented in IPCM’s workplace as a concrete step in the company’s transformation journey.
