Jakarta, December 5, 2025. Held at Hotel Bidakara, Jakarta, the President Director of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), Shanti Puruhita, received the prestigious award in the category Best Performance: Outstanding Women in Maritime & Port Sector at the Woman Empower Woman Award (WEWA) 2025. This award is a form of appreciation for her dedication and contribution in promoting the advancement of women’s roles and creating an inclusive work environment to support the progress of Indonesia’s maritime and port sector.

Carrying the theme “One Woman Inspires a Thousand Generations”, the event organized by Majalah Kebaya Indonesia and Majalah Inspiratif aims to highlight the role of Indonesian women who are empowered, creative, and making real contributions to the nation’s progress across various sectors. The award is supported by the Coordinating Ministry for Community Empowerment, the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection, the Ministry of Industry, as well as the Made in Indonesia Network Fest 2026, and was attended by inspiring female figures from diverse sectors in Indonesia.

“Thank you and my highest appreciation for this award. This recognition is not only for me personally, but also for the entire IPCM team who have supported the realization of an inclusive work environment and encouraged the enhancement of women’s roles both internally and externally within the Company,” said Shanti Puruhita.

For IPCM, providing an inclusive workplace, equal job opportunities, and personal development based on competence is closely tied to the Company’s commitment to supporting the government’s Asta Cita program number 4, strengthening gender equality and women’s empowerment, as well as realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Inclusivity directly supports several global goals, namely SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG 5: Gender Equality, and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.

“The role of women in industry, particularly in the maritime sector, is not only part of the gender equality issue, but increasing women’s involvement has become a key strategy in driving organizational performance and business sustainability,” concluded Shanti Puruhita.
