Jakarta, November 29, 2025. PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), part of the Pelindo Group engaged in ship pilotage and tug services, successfully won three prestigious awards at the ESG Initiative Awards 2025. Carrying the theme “Transforming Risk into Opportunity Through ESG Strategy”, the ESG Initiative Awards 2025 gave national recognition to selected companies committed to implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles as a strategy in conducting their business activities.
In this event, which was participated in by more than 250 companies in Indonesia and judged independently by a panel consisting of ESG experts, regulators, academics, and industry practitioners, IPCM achieved the Gold award for Best Energy Transition Program, received directly by IPCM’s President Director, Shanti Puruhita, who also received the Diamond award as Best ESG Women Leader. In addition, IPCM earned another Gold award for Best Employee Wellbeing & Development Strategy, received by IPCM’s Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Risk Management, Dessy Emastari Prihatiningtyas.
President Director Shanti Puruhita expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating that these awards are tangible proof of IPCM’s commitment and hard work in integrating ESG principles into the company’s business strategy. This includes initiatives such as the use of Biosolar B40, Shore Connection, and the development of environmentally friendly solar-powered vessels, already implemented on three IPCM pilot boats.
Meanwhile, Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Risk Management, Dessy Emastari Prihatiningtyas, added that this achievement is inseparable from the synergy of the entire team in creating a positive work environment through various employee wellbeing programs aimed at improving health, happiness, and professional growth with a sustainability orientation.
