EmitenNews.com – Jasa Armada Indonesia (IPCM) recorded revenue of Rp598.8 billion in the first semester of 2024. This represents a 5.5 percent increase from the same period last year, which was Rp567.6 billion. The largest contribution to revenue came from ship towing services, amounting to Rp512.2 billion or 85.5 percent of total revenue, while the contribution from transportation and other services was 8.1 percent or Rp48.8 billion.
The revenue from ship berthing services, particularly at Special Terminals (Tersus), experienced a significant increase of 27.7 percent or Rp183.2 billion compared to the same period last year, which was Rp143.5 billion. It is supported by the improved performance of several existing operational areas as well as new operational areas in eastern Indonesia.
At the public port, there was also a 14.7 percent increase to Rp250.9 billion from Rp218.7 billion previously. Then, at TUKS, there was a 9.6 percent increase to Rp115.8 billion from Rp105.6 billion previously. Based on the financial statements, Jasa Armada’s performance shows a healthy condition with an asset increase of approximately 4.4 percent to Rp1.59 trillion from the end of 2023 position of Rp1.52 trillion.
That achievement was supported by a 10.8 percent increase in the company’s current assets to IDR 986.3 billion from the end of 2023, which was IDR 889.6 billion, in line with revenue growth. “Our efforts to improve operational performance with strategic partners have shown optimal results.” The expansion of the Eastern Indonesia region has also shown increasingly better revenue potential in the future,” emphasized IPCM’s President Director, Shanti Puruhita.
The GMS on June 12, 2024, approved the allocation of the 2023 fiscal year’s profit of Rp157.6 billion as a final dividend of Rp118 billion (approximately 75 percent) or Rp22.41 per share.
