IPCM RECORDS REVENUE OF RP 599 BILLION Laiwui Region Expansion in South Halmahera Goes Positively

JAKARTA (ISL News) – The company’s strategy to boost revenue from businesses outside the Pelindo Group has proven capable of keeping IPCM’s financial performance stable. PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX:IPCM) announced its Financial Report for the First Half of 2024 on July 26, 2024, and consistently recorded a revenue increase of 5.5% to Rp598.8 billion from Rp567.6 billion in the same period last year.

The largest revenue contribution came from ship towing services amounting to Rp512.2 billion or 85.5% of total revenue, while the contribution from transportation and other services was 8.1% or Rp48.8 billion.

The revenue from ship berthing services, particularly at Special Terminals (Tersus), experienced a significant increase of 27.7% or Rp183.2 billion compared to the same period last year, which was Rp143.5 billion. This was supported by improved performance in several existing operational areas as well as new operational areas in eastern Indonesia. At the Public Port, there was also an increase of 14.7% to Rp250.9 billion from Rp218.7 billion YoY. Then, at TUKS, there was also an increase of 9.6% to Rp115.8 billion from Rp105.6 billion YoY.

Based on the financial statements, IPCM’s performance shows a healthy condition with an increase in assets from Rp1.52 trillion or approximately 4.4% from the end of 2023 to Rp1.59 trillion in the first half of 2024, supported by a 10.8% increase in the company’s current assets from Rp889.6 billion at the end of December 2023 to Rp986.3 billion at the end of June 2024, in line with revenue growth.

The President Director of IPCM, Shanti Puruhita stated, “Our efforts to improve operational performance with strategic partners have shown results that meet expectations.” The expansion we are undertaking in the eastern region of Indonesia has also shown increasingly better and rising revenue potential.

The GMS held on June 12, 2024, approved the allocation of the Company’s profit for the 2023 fiscal year, amounting to Rp157.6 billion, to be used as a final dividend of Rp118 billion (approximately 75%) or Rp22.41 per share. This demonstrates the Company’s appreciation and commitment to shareholders and investors who always support IPCM.
