Ipotnews – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) confirmed that it will distribute cash dividends for profits for the 2023 financial year which will be implemented in 2024.
IPCM President Director and Commercial and Business Development Director, Shanti Puruhita, said he could not reveal the amount at this time. “Because everything depends on the overall 2023 financial performance report. “However, historical data based on previous years can be used as a reference,” said Shanti in a virtual BEI public expo in Jakarta, Thursday (30/11).
Please note, IPCM has decided to distribute dividends for the 2022 financial year amounting to IDR 93.60 billion. The dividend distribution was decided based on the results of the IPCM Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in Jakarta on Wednesday (21/6).
If we calculate the number of shares in circulation at 5.28 billion shares, then the dividend per share that shareholders will receive is IDR 17.74 per share, while the dividend yield is 0.06%.
Please note, the amount of the dividend does not include the interim dividend of IDR 19.41 billion or IDR 3.68 per share which was disbursed on December 23 2022.
Thus, in total, IPCM will disburse dividends for the 2022 financial year amounting to IDR 113.02 billion. Meanwhile, the payment ratio or dividend payout ratio (DPR) is 75.20 percent of 2022 net profit.
Referring to the 2022 financial report, IPCM posted a net profit of IDR 150.65 billion or an increase of 10.30 percent year-on-year (yoy) compared to the 2021 net profit of IDR 136.58 billion.
In the January – September 2023 financial report, IPCM was able to record a net profit of IDR 119.78 billion, an increase of 17.81% from January – September 2022 which reached IDR 101.67 billion (YoY).
Shanti emphasized that IPCM always routinely distributes dividends to shareholders in the 2020, 2021 and 2022 financial years. “So we ensure that there will be another dividend distribution for the 2023 financial year,” concluded Shanti.
