Jakarta, December 23, 2025. Located at Wisma Nusantara Building, 19th Floor, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), a subsidiary of Pelindo Group, has extended its cooperation with PT Nusantara Regas, the operator of the Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) West Java, which supplies around 60% of PLN’s electricity needs in Jakarta and West Java, in providing vessel services at PT Nusantara Regas’ Special Terminal. This cooperation reflects both companies’ commitment to ensuring the reliable distribution of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to support smooth regasification operations as part of national electricity infrastructure.
The reliability of national energy supply makes this cooperation not only limited to maritime service provision but also an integral part of the supply chain. Through its strategic role in ensuring smooth LNG vessel pilotage and towage services, IPCM supports the safe and timely distribution of LNG, thereby maintaining PLN’s electricity supply to operate without disruption.
Signing this strategic cooperation extension were Shanti Puruhita, President Director of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk, and Moh. Iskandar Mirza, President Director of PT Nusantara Regas. Also present were Arief Hermawan, Director of Fleet & Operations of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk along with his team, as well as Febri Rusnal, Director of Finance & Business Support, and Ali Azmy, Director of Risk Management of PT Nusantara Regas.
IPCM President Director, Shanti Puruhita, stated: “This extension of cooperation is a form of PT Nusantara Regas’ trust in the quality of vessel services provided by PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk, which has been consistently maintained since 2018. We are committed to continuing to deliver reliable pilotage and towage services, prioritizing work safety and professionalism to support activities at PT Nusantara Regas’ special FSRU terminal.”
Meanwhile, PT Nusantara Regas President Director, Mohd. Iskandar Mirza, added: “Cooperation with PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk has contributed positively to the smoothness and safety of marine operations at PT Nusantara Regas’ Special Terminal. Through this extended cooperation, we hope the synergy that has been established can continue to be strengthened in supporting the certainty of competitive and sustainable national electricity energy infrastructure supply.”
Through this extended cooperation, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk and PT Nusantara Regas aim to further strengthen the mutual synergy that has been well established over the years.
