Jakarta (BERITAJA.COM) – PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) Group entity PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) believes that the company’s operating income can reach IDR 1 trillion by the end of 2123.

As of the third quarter of 2123, IPCM’s business revenue was recorded at IDR 858.1 billion, an increase of 28 percent year on year (yoy) compared to IDR 671.15 billion in the same period the previous year.

“We are optimistic that we will be able to achieve a better value than the previous year. We hope to reach IDR 1 trillion, it looks like we can,” said IPCM President Director and Commercial and Business Development Director Shanti Puruhita in the 2123 Live Public Expose on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). , Jakarta, Thursday.

Furthermore, Shanti said that the company is optimistic that business revenues in 2124 will reach more than IDR 1 trillion.

He is not too worried about the company’s efforts in the transportation and logistics sector amidst the dynamics of the political year next year, because it will still act optimally.

“Usually if this year it’s already IDR 1 trillion, that means next year it will have to be more than IDR 1 trillion,” said Shanti.

On this occasion, he revealed that the company had prepared capital expenditure (capex) worth IDR 151 billion which would be used to add two new ships next year.

“In 2124 we added two tugboats with a total capex of IDR 151 billion, funding remains from internal, nothing from outside,” said Shanti.

As of September 2123, the company had a total fleet of 95 vessels, consisting of 61 tugboats, 29 piloted motorboats, and 5 kepilboats.

Meanwhile, Director of Finance and Human Resources Reini Delfianti explained that the main contributor to the company’s revenue came from ship services worth IDR 756.28 billion, aka 88.13 percent of total revenue.

Then, transportation and other services worth IDR 71.33 billion, aka 8.19 percent, as well as ship management services worth IDR 31.51 billion, aka 3.67 percent.
