Jakarta, July 22, 2025 — PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), a member of the Pelindo Group, has completed the distribution of dividends for the 2024 fiscal year amounting to Rp125.16 billion, representing 75.02% of the company’s total net profit. On July 18, 2025, the company also paid out a final cash dividend of Rp105.11 billion, equivalent to Rp19.92 per share, to its shareholders
Previously, IPCM paid an interim dividend of IDR 20.05 billion, or IDR 3.80 per share, on January 10, 2025. With the realization of this final dividend, shareholders received a total dividend of IDR 23.72 per share for the 2024 fiscal year.
IPCM President Director, Shanti Puruhita, stated, “This dividend payment reflects the Company’s appreciation to its shareholders for their trust and continued support. IPCM’s positive performance throughout 2024 provides a strong foundation for sustainable growth and continued contribution to the national maritime industry.”
Throughout 2024, IPCM recorded a 5.82% year-on-year increase in net profit, rising from IDR 157.66 billion to IDR 166.84 billion. Revenue also grew significantly, with the Public Port segment contributing IDR 583.79 billion, or 43.40% of total revenue, up 11.09% YoY from IDR 525.49 billion. Other key contributors included services for Special Terminals (TUKS) at IDR 230.69 billion, contributing 17.15%, up 20.45% YoY, and Dedicated Terminals (Tersus) at IDR 486.77 billion, contributing 36.19%, up 41.60% YoY.
