Jakarta, August 7, 2025. PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), as part of the Pelindo Group, took part in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Group and the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office at Pelindo Tower, North Jakarta.
The MoU was signed by President Director of PT JAI Tbk, Shanti Puruhita, and Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office, Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, S.H., M.H., and witnessed by Deputy President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), Hambra.
In his remarks, Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki expressed appreciation to the Pelindo Group for its proactive efforts in utilizing government-provided institutions and facilities, including legal support from the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office.
IPCM President Director, Shanti Puruhita, emphasized that this collaboration is part of the company’s commitment to implementing sound and accountable corporate governance.
“IPCM recognizes the importance of working closely with law enforcement agencies to ensure business operations are conducted with integrity and legal compliance, enabling them to run effectively and efficiently,” said Shanti.
The agreement aims to optimize the execution of duties and functions of both parties in the realm of civil and administrative law. It also seeks to enhance the effectiveness of legal issue resolution and reinforce legal certainty in all aspects of the company’s business activities.
