Jakarta, October 28, 2025 – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), a subsidiary of Pelindo Group, has released its financial report for the period ending September 30, 2025. In this Q3-2025 report, IPCM recorded improved performance compared to the same period last year, with a revenue increase of 15.50% year-on-year (YoY) to Rp1.09 trillion from Rp946.62 billion. IPCM also posted a profit increase of 16.16% YoY, reaching Rp140.67 billion compared to Rp121.10 billion last year.
The main contributor to IPCM’s revenue came from vessel services, amounting to Rp1.06 trillion or 96.62% of total revenue, up 15.22% YoY. Other revenue contributions came from transportation and miscellaneous services totaling Rp36.96 billion.

Revenue from vessel services consisted of the public port segment at Rp433.06 billion, Dedicated Terminals (TUKS) at Rp224.36 billion, and Special Terminals (Tersus) at Rp398.99 billion. Revenue from TUKS and Tersus saw significant increases of 37.58% and 25.47% YoY, respectively. This reflects IPCM’s ability to grow business volume across most segments. Based on the balance sheet, IPCM’s performance shows a solid financial condition, with total assets rising 3.73% from Rp1.65 trillion at the end of 2024 to Rp1.71 trillion in Q3-2025.

IPCM has also completed the first phase of its treasury stock release, totaling 3.39 million shares. From November 1 to 30, 2025, the company will carry out the second phase of the treasury stock release, amounting to 4.64 million shares. This move not only fulfills regulatory requirements but also aims to improve IPCM’s stock liquidity in the capital market.
In addition to its positive financial performance, IPCM continues to strengthen its contribution to supporting a sustainable ecosystem and promoting corporate governance principles. This is demonstrated by IPCM’s achievement of the “Gold Champion” award at the 2025 Bisnis Indonesia Corporate Social Responsibility Awards (BISRA). IPCM also received four awards at the 2024 Vision Awards organized by the League of American Communications Professionals LLC (LACP) for its Annual & Sustainability Report.
