Ipotnews – The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) appointed F. Budi Prayitno as Independent Commissioner, held today, Wednesday (25/9).

The President Director, who also serves as the Commercial and Business Development Director of IPCM, Shanti Puruhita, stated that they believe the additional supervisory function within the board of commissioners not only strengthens the management team of the company but also enhances the company’s ability to advance even better. With the addition of the company’s management structure, the composition of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk after the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) is as follows:
