JAKARTA, iNewsTangsel.id – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) is further strengthening its position as a leading port service company in Indonesia. This was evidenced by the appointment of F. Budi Prayitno as the new Independent Commissioner, announced at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) at Pelindo Tower, Jakarta, on Wednesday (25/9).

F. Budi Prayitno, who has extensive experience in the transportation industry, has served as the Supervisory Board of BLU Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Makassar and held various other important positions in the transportation sector. With a solid educational background, including a Master’s degree in Air Transport Management from the Ecole National de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC) in Toulouse, France, he is expected to bring a new perspective to the oversight and development of IPCM.

“The addition of this supervisory function will strengthen management and encourage IPCM to advance further,” said Shanti Puruhita, President Director and also Commercial and Business Development Director of IPCM, commenting on this decision.

With this change, the composition of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of IPCM is as follows:
