Ipotnews – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) recorded a revenue increase of 10.31 percent until the third quarter of 2024, reaching Rp946.62 billion from Rp858.11 billion (YoY). The company also recorded an increase in profit from Rp119.77 billion (YoY) to Rp121.10 billion.
The main contribution to IPCM’s revenue comes from ship servicing services amounting to Rp873.51 billion or 92.27 percent of total revenue. Other revenue contributions come from transportation services and others amounting to Rp73.11 billion.
The income from ship berthing services, which consists of public ports amounting to Rp392.42 billion, Special Terminals (Tersus) amounting to Rp317.63 billion, and Terminals for Their Own Interests (TUKS) amounting to Rp163.45 billion.
The increase in revenue from public and special ports during this period rose by 20.37 percent from the previous year and 39.64 percent compared to the 2023 period. This indicates that IPCM is capable of boosting business volume growth in most segments.
The growth of IPCM is also accompanied by an increase in total assets of 1.07 percent from IDR 1.52 trillion in 2023 to IDR 1.54 trillion in the first nine months of this year.
“From the various challenges faced in 2024, we are optimistic about achieving better performance than before and maintaining the company’s good fundamentals,” said IPCM’s President Director, Shanti Puruhita, in her statement on Monday (28/10).
The company’s performance up to the third quarter of 2024 has been able to be maintained from several aspects. IPCM’s efforts to enhance cooperation with strategic partners and associations are still actively ongoing.
On April 1, 2024, the government, through the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, officially delegated to IPCM the implementation of Pilotage and Berthing Services in the waters of Obimayor Island-West Coast within the Extraordinary Pilot Waters of Laiwui Port, North Maluku Province.
“Efforts to implement the company’s strategy in the form of service optimization, fleet and crew readiness, ship maintenance, and increased cooperation with partners, renewal of production tools in the form of ship construction, as well as the effectiveness of work patterns that prioritize safety elements in ship towing pilot services for user satisfaction, are our commitment,” he said.
