A company operating in the field of ship piloting and towing services, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk. (IPCM), will distribute interim dividends based on the Board of Directors’ Decree which has been approved by the Company’s Board of Commissioners on December 21 2023.

In the disclosure of information, IPCM Management in its written statement stated that the Company will distribute interim dividends for the 2023 financial year to the list of entitled shareholders (Recording Date) on January 9, 2024.

Cum and Ex Dividends in the Regular and Negotiated Markets will be carried out on January 5 and January 8 2024, while Cum and Ex Dividends in the Cash Market will be carried out on January 9 and January 10 2024.

Meanwhile, the interim dividend payment of IDR 20,051,730,940 or IDR 3.8 per share will fall on January 26 2024.
