Ipotnews – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) is ready to distribute interim dividends for the 2023 financial year of IDR 3.80 per share or the equivalent of IDR 20.05 billion.

IPCM Corporate Secretary, Eddy Haristiani, said that the dividend would later be given to holders/owners of 5,276,771,300 shares issued by the company, after deducting the amount of treasury stock.

“(The distribution of interim dividends) is based on the decision of the company’s directors on December 14 2023 and approved by the company’s board of commissioners via letter on December 21 2023,” said Eddy in the IDX public information disclosure, Wednesday (27/12).

It is ensured that the distribution of this interim dividend will not have an impact on the company’s operational activities, law, financial condition or business continuity.

The interim dividend distribution schedule is:
-Cum regular market and negotiated market dividends: December 5, 2023
-Ex regular market and negotiated market dividends: December 8, 2023
-Recording date: January 9, 2024
-Cum cash market dividend: January 9, 2024
-Ex cash market dividend: January 10, 2024
-Dividend payment: January 26, 2024.
