Ipotnews – PT Jasa Armada Indonesia (IPCM) Tbk will immediately distribute interim dividends for the 2023 financial year amounting to IDR 3.80 per share or a total of IDR 20,051,730,940. The interim dividend will be given to 5,276,771,300 owners of shares issued by the company.

As quoted in the company’s announcement submitted to the IDX, Wednesday (27/12), the distribution of the interim dividend was decided by the company’s board of directors on December 14 2023. It was also approved by the company’s Board of Commissioners via a letter dated December 21 2023.

The interim dividend distribution schedule is as follows:
-Cum Dividends in the Regular and Negotiated Markets January 5 2024
-Ex Dividend in Regular and Negotiated Markets 8 January 2024
-Cum Dividends on the Cash Market January 9, 2024
-Ex Dividend on Cash Market 10 January 2024
-Recording Date for those entitled to Interim Dividends (DPS) January 9, 2024
-Implementation of interim dividend payments January 26, 2024.
