Jakarta, November 13, 2025. At Pelindo Tower, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), a subsidiary of Pelindo Group, signed a cooperation agreement with PT Pelabuhan Bukit Prima for tugboat services at the Special Terminal (TUKS) owned by PT Bukit Asam Tbk.
The agreement was signed by Shanti Puruhita, President Director of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk, and Sarjono B Jemu, Director of PT Pelabuhan Bukit Prima. Also present were Dessy Emastari Prihatiningtyas, Director of Finance, HR & Risk Management of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk, along with the management team, as well as Dodi Widiarto, General Manager of PT Pelabuhan Bukit Prima, and Deddy Apriyanto, Operations Manager of PT Pelabuhan Bukit Prima.
Shanti Puruhita, President Director of IPCM, stated “This collaboration is a continuation of our strategic business efforts to strengthen partnerships and synergy among Port Business Entities, ensuring smooth tugboat service operations at PT Bukit Asam Tbk’s TUKS by leveraging the potential of each party.”
Meanwhile, Sarjono B Jemu, Director of PT Pelabuhan Bukit Prima, added “Through this partnership, we are confident in enhancing competitiveness by ensuring terminal operations run optimally and efficiently, supported by a partner with proven reputation and expertise in the field.”
